Terry County Quilt Trail & Show - First Quilt Trail in Texas!
2013 Quilt Show a success!

Thank you to everyone who came to the annual Quilt Show April 12 & 13, 2013!  Please make plans to come to Brownfield next April to visit the Quilt Show hosted by the Terry County Quilters Guild.  Our show is an exhibition of contemporary and antique quilts; there is no entry or admission fee.

More than 200 people attended the 2013 Show to view about 170 quilts.  Visitors also had an opportunity to meet Vanetta Chapman, an author who writes Amish murder mysteries and romances.

Quilts the Quilters Guild makes for Children's Protective Services were also on display.

The Quilters Guild made the quilt shown on the right.  It includes the 10 blocks seen on the Quilt Trail.  The quilt is displayed at the Brownfield Chamber of Commerce, 221 Lubbock Rd. This dedicated group quilts together monthly.

When making plans to visit the year-round Quilt Trail  or the annual Quilt Show, visit the Brownfield Chamber of Commerce for lodging and dining options.  We have many nice hotels, some of which serve a continental or full breakfast.  If you traveling in a recreational vehicle, stay at our RV park.  We  have many restaurants with a variety of food cuisines available.
